- Within 8-14 days of project start: 75% refund
- Within 15-30 days of project start: 50% refund

2. Refund Eligibility

- Project cancellation within the specified timeline

Non-Refundable Items:

- Domain registration and hosting fees

4. Project Suspension

Suspended projects can be resumed within 30 days with a reactivation fee of 10% of the remaining project cost.
